Congratulation's to Dragan Baljkovic from Melbourne
This year’s winner clearly has had it a bit harder than most due to his language barrier amongst other things. When we met him while volunteering his time to assist everyone in the group creating web site promotional material, we were really impressed at how keen he was to help despite struggling a bit himself at that point. We have followed his career in the background and note that he has a very successful business servicing both the public and a major home builder here in Melbourne. We have received some excellent feedback regarding his quality of work from a development he worked on in Melbourne’s west that we had arranged earlier in the year, which of course was fantastic!

Our runner up also had a less than ideal start but with some gumption, hard work and assistance from his franchisors, he has built a robust Fencing business that employs people and services the public and commercial clients in rural Victoria.

Jim's Fencing in 2010 has a program that recognises our highest performers within the fencing division. . Being that we have many successful and forward moving franchise owners in our system, it is a very difficult choice to choose each region's best operator's, so a very high standard of customer service and team work along with acts and services that strengthen the brand for all have applied in order to make these selections.
